How do I claim my reward?
Once you reach your 5th qualifying installation, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred reward option.
Can I get any rewards for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th boiler installations?
No. The reward is issued only when you complete and register your 5th Sapphire boiler installation within the promotional period. It does not accumulate per installation (for example, £100 for the 1st or £200 for the 2nd). Instead, you receive the full £500 cashback — or the OFTEC Training & Assessment reward — once every 5th boiler milestone is reached.
Can I receive a reward without activating the boiler warranty?
No. Warranty activation is required for each installation to qualify for the Sapphire Pro-Rewards scheme. Only boilers with activated warranty within the promotional period will count towards your reward.
Can I choose between cashback and training each time?
Yes. For every 5th installation milestone, you can select the reward that suits you best.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
No, there is no limit. You can earn a reward for every 5th Sapphire boiler installation completed and warranty registered. The more you install, the more you earn.
Is there a limited period to use my renewal OFTEC Training & assessment?
It all depends on the timing of your OFTEC qualification expiring. Discuss with the team all your options.

Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
The Sapphire Pro-Rewards incentive scheme is operated by EOGB Energy Products Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, 5 Howard Road, Eaton Socon, St. Neots, PE19 8ET (“the Promoter”).
- Promotional Period
The scheme runs from the 1st January 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
- Eligibility
The scheme is open to all eligible Sapphire installers/engineers who install Sapphire boilers and activate the warranty within the promotional period.
- Qualifying Installations
Only Sapphire boilers with fully activated warranties registered within the promotional period will qualify.
- Warranties registered before the announced period will not be included
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all warranty registrations and installation details.
- Reward Redemption
Cashback will be paid via bank transfer to the nominated account provided by the participant.
OFTEC Training & Assessment rewards must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of issue.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services.
- Tracking & Communication
Installations will be tracked via warranty activation records. Participants will be notified once a qualifying milestone has been reached.
- Fraud & Misuse
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards where fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
- Right to Amend or Withdraw
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the incentive scheme at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or regulatory changes.
- General
The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and rewards is final.
Participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
