What’s different about Sapphire compared to other boilers on the market?
Sapphire is totally unique when it comes to the construction of the boiler.
We have had a complete rethink and redesign of how an oil boiler operates, is maintained, runs and how we can provide a liquid fuel boiler to the forefront of innovation.
Rather than having a primary heat exchanger made from mild steel and secondary heat exchanger made from stainless steel, Sapphire has an all in one firetube heat exchanger system made from 316Ti stainless steel.
No baffles!
Due to the boilers clever design, the Sapphire heat exchanger does not require any additional baffle plates that are commonly found on current boilers which can slowly burn/corrode away over time or even get stuck.
Simply remove the burner plate and you have access to the combustion chamber.
The heat exchanger is made up of a series of tubes that are fixed, simply wash out the bottom of the heat exchanger on the service and the heat exchanger is complete.
