Modulating liquid fuel boilers are now available to fully compliment overall system efficiency
The Sapphire has been totally redesigned to be a complete boiler and combustion system in one, and not just a burner bolted to a heat exchanger.
The bespoke design system controls temperature, fuel air ratio and constant digital flame monitoring.
The Sapphire system still incorporates a single atomising nozzle but uses advanced microprocessor technology to control the fuel air ratio on a wide operating range from 5 – 20 bar fuel pressure. This is with low O2, CO & NOx levels, combined with an OpenTherm system and fully stainless steel one piece heat exchanger.
This offers maximum system efficiency, allowing reduced operating temperatures and therefore a cooler return temperature to suit multiple applications such as underfloor heating, as well as traditional radiator systems.
Digital flame monitoring
SOOT & SMOKE-FREE COMBUSTION
Thanks to the unique KLC flame monitoring technology, the Sapphire is able to continuously monitor the infrared flame picture and detect any changes in signal strength that may cause combustion levels to soot or smoke.
